Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together by hand in a small bowl until smooth.
  • 2. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Kraft mayo
  • 4 ounces Blue cheese -- crumble

Directions

Use electric mixer to combine all ingredients until smooth. Tightly cover and refrigerate. Use within 10 days.

Fog City Diner Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces roquefort cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Kosher or sea salt to taste
  • Freshly ground white pepper to taste
  • 1 drop Worcestershire Sauce, more to taste
  • 1 drop Tabasco Sauce, more to taste
  • 1/4 cup minced celery, including leaves
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives

Directions

  • 1. Break up the cheese into small pieces and reserve.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce and whisk well.
  • 3. Gently stir in the cheese, celery, scallions and chives. Do not overmix, as the cheese will turn an unappetizing blue-grey. Keep refrigerated.

The Chart House Restaurant Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt (scant)
  • 1/3 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 oz Danish blue cheese crumble

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Gently stir, adding blue cheese last. Keep refrigerated.Let sit for 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Serves 6-8.
